Turf Cleaning Terms & Conditions

Service Overview

Our turf cleaning service includes a thorough rinse and wash of your artificial turf surface, removal of debris and buildup, infill grooming, and application of a deodorizing solution to neutralize pet odors and bacteria. Our goal is to restore your turf's appearance and hygiene to the best condition the installed product allows.

Pet Odor Guarantee

We guarantee elimination of pet odors immediately following the cleaning service. However, odor control is not permanent and typical results last 1-4 weeks depending on the number of dogs using the turf, the size and breed of the dogs, and weather conditions following the service. Heavy rain or other weather events may dilute the deodorizing solution and reduce its effective life. We are not responsible for early odor recurrence caused by conditions outside our control. Repeat cleanings are recommended for multi-pet households or during warmer months.

Appearance After Cleaning

The visual result of the cleaning is dependent on the turf product installed on your property. Turf with lower pile heights may not appear as visually refreshed compared to higher-quality, longer-pile products. This is a characteristic of the material, not a reflection of our service. All products receive the same thorough cleaning process and the service is equally effective regardless of turf type.

Post-Service Wait Period

We strongly recommend keeping all dogs and children off the turf for 45 minutes to 1 hour following completion of the service. This allows the deodorizing solution and cleaning agents to fully dry and set, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
